Every year in February, MMAMTA presents an annual fundraiser in the form of weekend musical entertainment known as Musicathon. This friendly musical event can offer great exposure for your family and friends! Musicathon is Mid-Missouri Area Music Teachers Association’s (MMAMTA) only fundraising event. Your involvement will help local students receive financial support through MMAMTA Scholarships and other charities. The MMAMTA scholarships can help fund summer music camps or college education. Columbia supports for MusicLink Foundation, Jefferson City supports the Samaritan Center. All the options allow you to meet the talented musicians in our community. Memorization is optional and all styles of music may be performed.
